4 Steps to Add Business Partner Access on Meta
1. Access Business Manager
Log in to your Meta Business Manager account and navigate to the Business Settings section. Locate the “Partners” tab or option within the settings menu.
2. Add a Business Partner
Click on the “Add” button under Partner to share assets with. Enter the email address or business ID of the partner you wish to add and select the partner from the list of suggestions or create a new partner if necessary.
3. Select the Level of Access
Specify the level of access you want to grant to the partner (under number 3). Customize permissions based on the partner’s role and responsibilities within your organization. Repeat for each asset type (Pages, Ad Accounts, Catalogs, Apps, Pixels, Instagram Accounts, Events datasets).
4. Partner Accepts Invite
The partner will receive an email notification with instructions on accepting the invitation and, once the partner accepts the invitation, they will gain access to the specified assets within your Meta Business Manager account.
